Do we need to be home when you unblock the drains?If the problem is outside and we can gain access then we can attend take a picture before we work and once when we have finished the job to send to you show all is working fine again, we often do this with landlords who may not be near the property

How long does it take to unblock a drain?This depends on the size and nature of the blockage the old how long a piece of string as you never fully know until you inspect then you can provide a guidance, most are resolved within the hour.

What can cause a blocked drain?Often, drains will become blocked because of the items either flushed down the toilet (sanitary items, dental floss, nappies), or disposed of down the sink (food, oil, grease, fat) you would be amazed as what we have seen over the years! However, drains can also become blocked because of structural damage or even ingress from tree roots. We will be able to identify the cause of any blockages using state of the art survey equipment.
